At Corten Steel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural garden and home products. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your landscape, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unweathered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully pack your Corten steel products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are in place to prevent scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is free of forced patina or rust, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
